1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed before Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a set rate of $14.95 with FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150. You can view the shipping fees before completing your purchase during the checkout process. Please note, we only ship in Australia excluding TAS and WA.
Local Pick up is also avaliable at no charge from our shop in Dimboola.
3. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Carrier
We use Australia Post for all our shipments. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and you can use this to monitor your shipment.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
*We do not ship live plants to Tasmania or Western Australia.
*We do not ship species of the Myrtaceae genus to South Australia
6. Order Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
