A small mallee eucalypt native to southern Western Australia, Eucalyptus pleurocarpa is prized for its striking powdery blue-grey foliage, ornamental flower buds, and creamy white flowers appearing from mid-spring to summer. Its compact, multi-stemmed habit and outstanding foliage colour make it a standout in landscape plantings.
Growing Conditions:
Prefers full sun in dry, open positions. Performs well in coastal and inland gardens with low humidity.
Soil Type:
Sandy or gravelly soils with excellent drainage; dislikes heavy or waterlogged sites.
