A striking, dense shrub or small tree known for its rounded shape and vibrant mauve to purple pom-pom flowers that appear mainly in spring and early summer. The soft grey-green foliage complements the colourful blooms beautifully, making it an excellent feature or screening plant. Highly attractive to nectar-feeding birds and pollinators.
Growing Conditions: Prefers full sun and is tolerant of coastal conditions, wind, and salt spray.
Soil Type: Well-drained soils; tolerates sandy and loamy types.
