2. Product Information
2.1 At Desert Blooms Nursery, we take pride in providing healthy, well-established plants grown with care. Please read the following information carefully when purchasing live plants through our online store:
2.2 Plant Variation – All live plants are natural, living products and as such, may vary slightly in size, colour, and appearance from images shown on our website. Seasonal growth, weather conditions, and natural variation between specimens means that no two plants are exactly alike — and that’s part of what makes them special.
2.3 Packaging & Transit – We take great care in preparing and packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. However, some minor stress during transit is normal (e.g. slight drooping or soil displacement) and plants usually bounce back quickly with water, light, and care. Please unpack your plants promptly and follow the included care instructions.
2.4 Shipping Limitations – Due to quarantine restrictions, we are unable to ship live plants to Tasmania or Western Australia, and species of the Myrtaceae genus to South Australia. Orders placed with a delivery address in a restricted area may be cancelled and refunded.
2.5 Returns & Refunds – Because plants are perishable, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your plant arrives severely damaged or unviable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will assess each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
2.6 Responsibility After Delivery – Once your plants have been delivered, they become your responsibility. We cannot guarantee plant survival due to factors outside our control such as incorrect planting, environmental conditions, watering, or care after arrival.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using approved payment methods listed on our website.
3.3. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Liability
4.1. Desert Blooms Nursery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
4.2. Customers assume all responsibility for proper usage and compliance with relevant regulations when using our products.
